Our items ship from our manufacture overseas. It typically takes packages 12-30 days to arrive at the destination, from the day you placed your order.
If it has been less than 60 days, it is likely your item(s) are still in transit. It is very normal for the tracking information to appear invalid or stuck as it moves between countries and distribution centers.
Keep checking and it will be updated as the distribution center updates your package location.
If it has been 60 days since your order was shipped and you still have not received your package, please contact us and we will issue a full refund.
When 60 days have passed, the package will be considered permanently lost.
Please know - once the package has been shipped, we have no more insight into where your package is that what you can see with the provided tracking number.
